AirLab was specially developed for the direct and fast dispatch of laboratory samples to the laboratory. Ideal for high-traffic stations, the system enables safe, fully automated sample transport from the sending to the receiving station - without detours or delays.
The intelligent sending station is equipped with an integrated sorter that automatically detects and picks up the inserted samples and transports them directly to the destination station via a compressed air-driven pipe system. The direction of insertion does not matter - the samples can be inserted flexibly and time-savingly.
With a capacity of up to 800 samples per hour, AirLab sets new standards in terms of efficiency and throughput. The system uses a 25 mm thick, semi-transparent transport tube system that can be easily integrated into new or existing infrastructures - space-saving and modularly expandable.
At the receiving station, samples are received gently and discharged safely. An additional sorter or automated analysis system can be connected to create a fully automated laboratory workflow.
